Back in the year 2010, Guinness world records accepted a Maine coon cat as the longest domestic cat on earth. This cat was called Stewie. It died in the month of February 2013 because of the reason for cancer.

But in the year 2015, there was another Maine coon cat who is the record holder of being the longest domestic cat on earth. That cat is named as Ludo and currently is living in wakefield, united kingdom. It has got a length of almost 118 cm. But back in 2018, there was another Maine coon cat who is the current record holder of being the longest domestic earth with having a length of 120 cm, which is almost 3 ft and 11.2 inches. It merely shows that Maine coon cats are big size domestic cats.

Care and Feeding of Maine coon cat

Maine coon cats are large in size, so they require a huge amount of proteins and nutrients in their diet.  Take care of them and do their grooming. Clean them, comb their hair, and play with them when needed. Bring toys for them. If you talk about the food of the Maine coon cat, they can eat almost anything. They are not very choosy, and you can give them rotis, chicken bones, bread, and milk obviously.
