Huawei Ascend P6 was released back in 2016. This mobile phone is a basic smartphone with very basic features. There are many smartphones now that are available at a good price and lower price with more features than this phone.
The net weight is 120 grams. The mobile charges with the help of micro USB 2.0 and the non-removable battery of this smartphone are 2000 mAh only. There is no fingerprint scanner but has other sensors such as gyro, compass, accelerometer, temperature, etc. The mobile is available in black, white, and pink colours.
Design and display
The Huawei ascend p6 has a screen display of 4.7 inches or 70 cm. The touch screen LCD display has 16 M colours and is of corning gorilla glass. The screen to body ratio of Huawei Ascend p6 is about 70 per cent. The capacitive screen has a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and 312 PPI density.
Software
The Huawei ascend p6 has an android version of 4, and Huawei EMUI 1.6 installed. The kit kat android version and the EMUI version 1.6 is very old and not much authentic. You can upgrade the software, but the performance won’t be promising.
Storage
The Huawei ascend p6 has an internal upgradable storage of 16 GB or 8GB. One of the drawbacks of this phone is that it has a low RAM of 2 GB only, due to this the Huawei ascend p6 has a slow speed, and playing games or opening too many apps in the background can be a bit issue. The 1 GB of RAM is nonexpendable, but the internal storage of 16 or 8 GB can be expanded by using an external storage micro SSD card. But also the storage can be expanded to 32 GB only. With low RAM, playing games can also be a tricky job. And heavy games that require RAM of more than 2 GB fail to play on this mobile.

There are only 1 rear camera and one selfie camera of Huawei Ascend p6. The main camera of Huawei Ascend p6 is an 8 MP camera. This camera has features such as LED flash and HDR. Using this rear camera, you can make a video of 1080 p. The camera features and quality of pictures by Huawei ascend p6 are not much for a smartphone these days.
On the other hand, the selfie camera is also a single camera of 5 MP. And this 5 MP selfie camera can make videos o 720 p.

The mobile supports both single and dual sim. The mobile has GPS, WI-FI, and NFC.
Battery
The Huawei ascend p6 has a battery capacity of 2000 mAh. This battery capacity is low for a working person who would want to use his mobile for a whole day with a single charge only. Also the Huawei ascend p6 will run out of battery very fast if you watch more videos or use mobile data or other things such as Bluetooth or a hotspot.
Charging
The Huawei ascend p6 is an old phone, so it clearly does not supports fast charging. And the Huawei ascend p6 charging with the old android cable also known as micro USB 2.0.

The Huawei ascend p6 lacks in too many features that the mobile users today demand. These features include a fingerprint sensor, very low battery capacity, no fast charging, low storage capacity, and low RAM.

The overall price of Huawei Ascend p6 is moderate. But comparing to the features and the technology available, the price is high, as this mobile phone does not have a lot of features.
