Mozzarella is originated in Italy it is made by Milk Curd. Milk which is used in the making Mozzarella is Buffalo Milk and sometimes sheep and goat milk.
The word Mozzer derived from the Italian language which means “To Cut”. Normally Mozzarella is white but sometimes it is yellow depending on the animal’s diet. Is Moisture level is very high that’s why its served after one day of making. It can be preserved for a week, and in a refrigerator, it can be safe for up to one month.
