Vitamin E Capsules Overview
Vitamin E is a group of Eight Fat-Soluble Compounds that include the four Tocopherols and four Tocotrienols, are fat-soluble antioxidant which protects the cell membranes from reactive oxygen species. Vitamin E natural Forms are in vegetable oils, wheat germ oils, cereals, meat poultry, eggs, fruits and vegetables.
Vitamin E was discovered in 1922 and first synthesized in 1938 and is now sold as popular Vitamin - E Dietary Supplements as itself or even as Multivitamin Products containing Vitamin E, also as oils and lotions for skin and hair.
Vitamin E recommended dosage that the adults consume 7 mg to 15 mg per day. Population Studies have reported that the people who consumed a Vitamin E Dietary supplement had a lower incidence of Cardiovascular diseases, cancer and dementia.

Vitamin E side effects are not expected to happen by the healthy people when taken through the mouth, whereas, Vitamin E is unsafe when taken in high doses for people with heart problems. The higher the dosage is, the higher the chances are causing serious problems. When it applies to skin, Vitamin E rarely will cause itching and swelling.
Vitamin E special mandatory precautions and warnings are Vitamin E is not recommended to be given Intra – Venous (through IV) to the premature infants in high doses. Also, Vitamin E makes Bleeding disorders worse, and consumption of Vitamin E should be avoided in these scenarios. Vitamin E increases Heart Failure Risks for the Diabetic patients.
