From rumours, and renders leaked information, it may release on December 15 in India. However, its launching status is officially not announced and confirmed yet.

From one of the India event pages known as Mi India Event Page, it is certified that the Xiaomi Redmi 9 Power will be powered by Snapdragon chipset. The supported processor used in it is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662. Therefore, it is heard that users named it power-packed.
From the reports, it is also heard that QUALCOMM Snapdragon 662 SoC is clubbed with the Adreno 610 GPU. Qualcomm Snapdragon is an Octa-Core processor having 4 x 2.0 GHz Kryo 260 Gold & 4 X 1.8 GHz Kryo 260 Silver. It is powered by the android 10 and IMUI 12 operating System.
Apart from the processor hardware and platform, it is said that for security reasons, Xiaomi Redmi 9 Power supports a fingerprint scanner which is mounted on its the side. Its front body structure will be built of Glass, i.e., Gorilla Glass 3 and has a frame of plastic and also its back is made up of plastic.

For fast charging, it will support a fast-charging protocol known as QC 3.0 with OTG 2.5W reverse charging to charge the other devices when they will be connected to Xiaomi Redmi 9 Power. It is said that its battery life cycle will be 25% greater than other smartphones available in the industry present at that time.
