Effect on health
It is not suitable for health as it contains an enormous quantity of sugar and contains no minerals and vitamins. Its excessive use may lead to weight gain, metabolic syndrome, and kidney failure.
Verdict
I will recommend using 7up as it refreshes the mind and body, but it should be used in a minimal amount as it has no health benefits.
