Axe Body Spray Overview
AXE, also known as LYNX is a male grooming brand owned by Unilever, a British-Dutch based company, which makes male grooming products such as body sprays, deodorants, and antiperspirants.
The AXE body sprays were inspired by Impulse, another product of Uniliver, and they introduced on 6th July, 1983. Axe body sprays are marketed under the name of LYNX body sprays in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and China.

Axe has produced several Axe body sprays throughout the 36 years from its inception of which the most famous are:
- Chocolate.
- Gold Temptation.
- Alpha.
- Africa.
- Musk.
- Apollo.
- Click.
Price Ranges
Axe body sprays are more affordable, having almost identical ingredients when compared to body sprays of other companies such as Nivea.
Advantages
- Due to the affordable price of Axe products and thus Axe body sprays, most Pakistanis can afford them, leading to the product having a larger consumer population than other competitive body sprays and deodorants such as those of Nivea Men and Playboy.
- Due to the wide range of choice of Axe body sprays, the customer has a better chance of finding and purchasing the body spray which he or she wants.
Disadvantages of Axe body spray in Pakistan
- As Body sprays might cause rashes and irritation for people with sensitive skin, the ones with sensitive skin in Pakistan might turn to perfumes and other forms of fragrances instead of body sprays.
- This will thus lower the demand for body sprays such as Axe body sprays in the country.
- Other companies might have special sponsorships with special teams or organizations which might attract more customers in Pakistan. For example, Nivea body sprays and deodorants have a special sponsorship with Real Madrid, a world-famous Football team.
- This might attract the youth of Pakistan to buy Nivea instead of Axe, and thus Axe body spray stocks in Pakistan might suffer.
