Chicken Samosa
The yummiest snack which you can enjoy with even tea in the evening or with the fresh jalebi. The Samosa is the mouth-watering snack for the potato lovers, and also if served hot with the chutney, it tastes very yummy.
Substitutes
- 4 Potatoes mashed
- Green chilli 2 tbsp
- Coriander 2 tbsp
- Zeera 2 tbsp
- Salt 2 tbsp
- Gram Masala 2 tbsp
- Onion 2 small
For the Dough
- Maida 2 cups
- Water 1 and1/2 Cup
- Salt a pinch
- Oil ½ cup
Procedure To make Samosa
To make the samosa, first, we will consider the dough. The first thing is that take the dough and add a pinch salt and oil and mix it thoroughly. Then slowly we add water and mix it and knead it again and again till the mixture or dough becomes soft. After that, we keep it in the airtight bowl and leave it for 30 minutes.
Now we come upon the batter of the dough, first, we will boil the potatoes then peel it and then mash it, then we will add all the ingredients mentioned above. First, we will add salt, then black pepper, then green chillies and 1 tbsp red chilli. Then we will add two small onions chopped. Then, at last, we will add coriander and mix the batter thoroughly.
After that, we will retake the dough and knead it and will make small 10-12 balls. Then we will take 1 ball and make a small roti in circle shape and then cut it from the middle dividing two equal portions. After that take one portion and hold the flatten side and turn once and add the batter of potatoes in that side and then seal it with the slight mixture of Maida and water. Then again turn the remaining side and seal it. After making in the same procedure the whole 10 to 12 balls, we will leave the samosas for 10 minutes and then we will deep fry it with the normal temperature of the oil. After it turns golden brown, then we will take it out of the frying pan and serve it with the yogurt chutney. For the yogurt chutney first, we will blend the 3 green chilli, 2 tbsp coriander and podina 2 tbsp. Then with a pinch of salt, we will add it in the yogurt and serve the samosa with the ketchup and the chutney. Here the yummiest samosa’s are ready to serve and eat.
