Meizu M5 Overview
Meizu Technology is a company of electronics. It is based in the city of Zhuhai. In the year 2003, a man named Jack Wong discovered this company.
In the first few years of its development, Meizu only produced players of MP3 and Mp4. However, this company shifted its focus on smartphones in the year 2008.
The company of Meizu had developed a smartphone that can be bought at a reasonable price. This smartphone is called Meizu 5. This is the kind of device that has been available at various prices and in two versions of storage and RAM.

The smartphone of Meizu M5 does not possess a design that is beautiful or extraordinary. However, a good grip is offered by this device too. IT has edges that are rounded along with a glass of curved-edge of 2.5D.
The borders of the screen are not too thick. All of these features make the phone seem eye-pleasing to the viewer. Near the front camera, there is an LED for notifications.
The physical home button of the Meizu is below the screen along with a sensor for fingerprints. The buttons of navigation are not present here, because Meizu has its ways of navigation.
If an individual touches the button of home, he is taken a step back. With this, they gain access to the switcher of the app with just a single gesture of swipe up from the display’s bottom. However, the on-screen buttons cannot be accessed because there is no option for them.

A microSD card of more than 128GB can be accommodated in the second slot of the SIM. The quality of the build of the Meizu M5 is satisfactory and decent. If it was built of metal, it would have looked more eye-appealing.
With the rest of the phone’s body, the rare camera is placed. There is a port of Micro-USB at the bottom of the phone. Along with that port, there is a grille for speakers and a socket for headphones too.
The screen of the Meizu 5 is 5.2 inches and has an HD resolution. The screen is not too bad, but the colours might look dull or off. The angles of viewing and the response of touch are adequate.

In the Meizu M5, there is a RAM of 2GB and a storage of 16 GB. Furthermore, Meizu also sells the phones with a RAM of 3GB and a storage of 32GB. The weight of Meizu 5 in grams is 138.
Moreover, it has Bluetooth of 4.1, a port of USB and a GPS too. However, most people will find this phone disappointing because it does not have an FM radio.
Since the on-screen navigation buttons could not be enabled, the method of custom navigation might take a little time to start. There are plenty of gestures that are customizable in Meizu 5. There is also a feature in it called smart touch.
Battery life, Camera and Performance
This smartphone, the Meizu M5 works perfectly fine in the first few days since its first purchase. However, a few days after it had been used, it starts to lag while texting or scrolling through social media apps.
However, the lag is not constant. It is definitely there with daily usage. Most people complain about the Meizu 5 getting heated up just by watching any certain video. It gets warm even if the videos are streamed from Youtube.
The videos can only be played at a quality of 1080p. The files of audios can also be played with the music player which is designed in a pleasant way.
However, the speaker is built in the phone is weaker than the speakers of other phones. Due to this issue, people have a hard time hearing the sounds from the Meizu M5.
