Olive Oil Overview
Olive oil source is olives trees and is obtained in the form of liquid fat by pressing the olives. Olive oil has a lot of uses, for example, it is used for cooking purposes, also used in cosmetics, and in industries for different purposes.
Olive oil mainly consists of triacylglycerols and also contains some free fatty acids, glycerol, phosphatides, pigments, flavor compounds, microscopic bits of olive, and sterols.
Triacylglycerols are a significant source of energy. The pH of olive oil means the concentration of Hydrogen oil present in the liquid. As we knew that, olive oils are not soluble in water so, we can not measure the acidity level or concentration of hydrogen ion in the olive oil.

There are two terms related to olive oil. They are extra virgin olive oil and olive oil. The use of olive oil during pregnancy is very safe. You can also add olive oil to your diet. It provides some quantity of Vitamin E, which helps the baby to develop a better kidney.
