OnePlus 9 Overview
After the OnePlus 8T launch, the OnePlus is going to introduce a new smartphone known as OnePlus 9. There are not too many details about OnePlus 9 at that time, but it is expected that the device will follow the food theme of previous OnePlus phones.
OnePlus usually launch its upcoming next flagship devices in mid-late summer. But at that time, according to the reports and rumors, the OnePlus launch date is expected to be earlier than the OnePlus usual schedule. In reference, we must know, its predecessors also launched earlier than the announced date. It is expected that it will be launched in January 2021.
It is heard that the OnePlus 9 is being developed internally under the code name known as “Lemonade”; however, the OnePlus 8 code name was “instant noodle” while the OnePlus 8T code name was “kebab.” Reports also claim that the OnePlus 9 will be faster and better than the OnePlus 8 and 8T.
At the present time, there is not a single word about OnePlus 9 price, but we expect that its price will be reasonable and fairly affordable. If you look at its predecessors, their prices were fairly good. OnePlus 9 sizes are not revealed yet, but users are expecting by getting a glimpse at its predecessors that it should be 6.7 inches. Its screen resolution will be 1080 x 2400.

As it is early stage and rumors spreading the news about the OnePlus 9 main camera may not come true. But at that time, as much we know about the OnePlus 9 camera setup is that it will be triple or single. The total resolution of the camera will be 84 MP. It will hold three main cameras known as primary cameras having resolution 64 MP, 16 MP, and 8 MP, respectively.
The main camera will provide an image resolution of 9000 x 7000 pixels. You will be able to change or control the setting of the camera regarding exposure compensation and ISO control.
It will provide two types of shooting modes: continuous shooting and high dynamic range (HDR) shooting. Continuous shooting mode is a feature that provides an option to capture multiple shots (photographs) with inn single short time frame. It provides you with rapid succession. HDR mode enables you to get detail about your shot. This can be done by widening the exposure range.
The main camera also provides some basic features like digital zoom and auto flash. You can also change the setting of the flash according to your choice. Flash type is dual ED flash. It has a feature for face detection. To focus the photograph, it has two ways, i.e., autofocus and focuses the image by screen touch.
Sensor
Rumors claim that it is using an Ultra Pixel BSI image sensor in its structure. BSI meaning is that it will provide backside illumination. This sensor is more sensitive to light and enhances the image result and focus. Also, it produces a clear image. Due to this quality, this smartphone will be preferred on other smartphones in the range; it will lie and will be competitive in this era.
The main camera has a feature for creating a video using the record video option. Video created by the main camera will provide a good result.
Selfie Camera
The selfie camera is also known as the front camera. According to the rumors, there is no specific news about it. Some rumors told us that the front camera resolution would be 20 MP, while according to some other rumors, it will be 32 MP or 16 MP. Its camera setup will as a single camera setup.
Storage
One Plus 9 RAM is 8GB, which is good. Some reports also claim that it may be of 12 GB. But it could be better by increasing it to 16 GB. As we discussed above, high storage will increase its price too high.
OnePlus 9 internal storage provides a capacity of 125 GB. It is heard that it will not support the external storage system, i.e., its storage can not be expended using the external storage device (SD) card. It seems that this feature may reduce its competition in the commercial market.

OnePlus 9 is powered by the Android 11 operating system (OS). The Oxygen operation system supports its user interface (UI). Although at that present time, its dimensions and weight are not revealed. However, it is expected that it will enable dual nano-SIM. Users are also expecting that it will be available in various and multiple colors.

Various networks will support OnePlus 9, and it will also support multiple networks, i.e., 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G bands.

OnePlus 9 will allow connectivity to various networks and devices, i.e., WLAN. In WLAN, it will support connectivity to wi-fi 802.11, wi-fi direct, and hotspot. It will support connectivity to Bluetooth v5.1 with A2DP and aptX HD and LE.
It also allows connectivity to GPS. GPS connectivity includes dual-band A-GPS with GLONASS, BDS, and SBAS. It supports connectivity to USB having Type-C 1.0 reversible connector and USB on-the-go. It also allows connectivity to the NFC network and 3G, 4G, and 5G data.
Battery
Reports claim it will use a Li-ion battery, which will not be replaceable by the user. It is expected that the OnePlus 9 battery capacity will be 5000 mAh; also, according to some rumors statements, its battery capacity will be 4710 mAh.
It is also heard that it will support fast battery charging. The specifications of the battery may change at the time of the OnePlus 9.
Other basic features
It is expected that the OnePlus 9 will hold sensors for accelerometer, fingerprint, compass, and proximity. It should also provide a feature for entertainment like audio and Dirac HD Sound, Mp3, Mp4 player. It should also support the browser of HTML5 and games, which may be built-in or may be downloaded from google services.

Although to discuss the OnePlus 9 pros at present is meaningless as its features could be changed at the time of launch, and there is a lot of time in its launch in Pakistan. But from the above specifications and features stated, some of the pros are the following.
OnePlus smartphones always remain popular due to their body and design structure. According to the rumors, the described body ad design of the OnePlus 9 is really good and has a very beautiful start and overall finish point. Also, it will provide high performance as it contains high specifications as compared to its rival phones, i.e., iPhones and Galaxy devices.
As OnePlus 9 uses Oxygen OS in UI, and its operating system is purely android; therefore, it holds some decent features on top of android.
The sensor used in the main camera is really good, which provides you results near to the real-life images.
Cons
Likewise, the pros, to say something about the OnePlus 9 cons, will be earlier. But some of the cons are discussed below.
It is expected that due to high storage and high specifications, it may be expensive.
As it has a lot of features, therefore, to run them needs high battery capacity. The above-described battery capacity may be less for this smartphone.
What users want to see in OnePlus 9
OnePlus upcoming flagships may hold the upgraded software, but it makes sure that it should not be overpriced. Although till now, it is not revealed that either it will support wireless charging or not while users are expecting this feature in this device.
People are also expecting that its battery charging should be long-lasting and should be fast rechargeable.
As its predecessor, like the OnePlus 8T, was not a bad smartphone, but it was laid down by camera. They are expecting that its camera should provide a feature that enables it to capture shots that look closer to real-life pictures.
