VERDICT
After reviewing my content about mangoes, I would like to suggest mango should be eaten by children more but in a milkshake form as it will cause less constipation and sickness. Also, due to its higher level of vitamins and minerals, it is beneficial for the growth and making immunity stronger in children. Its nutritional value is very high, so it should be taken in our diet routine but being sweet in taste sugar patients should limit its usage moreover it is adding a lot to the country's exports budget
