Introduction
Shezan- “ Lagan Khushion ki” has been bringing happiness through its food and beverages in homes for the last 55 years.
A project of ShahNawaz group, it came into existence on May 13, 1964, in Lahore. Acquiring the shares from ‘Alliance industrial development corporation, in 1971, it started its operations.
To extend its business, a bottle filling plant was placed on Lahore in 1983. In 1987 an independent Tetra Brik plant was also appointed to increase the growth of the production. Since then it has emerged itself into one the most reputable and fastest-growing brands not only in Pakistan but internationally as well.
It is the largest exporter of food and beverage products to more than 40 different countries including the UK, USA, Austria, Germany and Canada and etc. In England “Nuovo” foods limited is importing and distributing a number of Shezan products. In Canada, the distribution is carried by “Target-foods”.
In India and Bangladesh “Sajeeb Foods” are facilitating the products. In Pakistan the factories are located in Karachi, Lahore, Hattar and various other cities thus, playing a major role in uplifting the employment sector of the country.
