Neutralization is the first technique which fully involves in removing FFA ingredients from the oil.
Bleaching discards artificial colours with bleaching earth tools. Next hydrogenation is where the unsaturated fatty acids change into saturated ones.
Further comes deodorization which uses a vacuum to remove impurities and preservatives through the aid of steam distillation. WHAT IS THE MARKET FOR SUFI OIL IN PAKISTAN?
In Pakistan, the market for Sufi oil is highly competitive as there are many other branded and premium cooking oil being used such as Dalda and meezan oil, which makes the market for Sufi oil to remain competitive. If Sufi wants to gain a competitive advantage then it must have to keep on updating its products to gain a competitive advantage.
PROS
- The Sufi oil is tested in the lab before it is distributed to the consumers to check its reliability and acidity which makes it safe to use.
- It helps in preparing foods such as deep frying foods.
- It can be used for lubricating on the home appliances which causes friction.
CONS
- It is highly prone to storing fat in our body which can make us unhealthy and prone to being obese.
- When cooking the oil becomes too hot which can burn our ski if dropped so we have to be very careful with it.
VERDICT
After reviewing my summary about the Sufi oil, I would like to state that the use of Sufi oil should be used as it is pure oil and has been tested and is reliable to use, however, the only drawback it has is that it stores fat in our body if consumed in excess and we should not use much of it when it comes in cooking and we should use as less as possible. But without the cooking oil, no food can be prepared thus its use id very important but should be kept on minimum quantity when cooking food.
